This week at ResellerRatings, it is time to start thinking about new features for product reviews.

Development Preview

Our development team was hard at work on some longer-term projects alongside squashing bugs, but for this week's update, we want to showcase a few new features coming to our product reviews JavaScript Integration.

• Interactive Star Rating Breakdown

  

The Star Rating Breakdown will be added to our existing JavaScript Widget and will be a clickable aspect to allow customers who are researching your products, to filter by reviews for a specific star rating.

• Product Review Search - No fancy screenshot to display yet, but search is going to play a big role in our next release for product reviews. Allowing customers to search for keywords and phrases in reviews to help drive their purchase-making decision. More to come in a future update!

We've been working hard to make your store and your policies stand out. We've introduced a new Policy badge system to replace the order-info tab. This is only version 1.0 of Policy, but in subsequent versions, all shoppers will be able to find you via your policies. If you have any feedback on how we can further organize policies, group them, and add to them, let us know!
