This week, our development team was heads-down and focused on our next big release. That being said, here is a sneak preview of a few upcoming features planned for 2023...

The "Ask to revise" feature in the case management toolset is the perfect solution for improving your customer reviews. This feature sends an email to customers, asking them to edit their reviews on ResellerRatings, which further syndicates and updates the review to your channel partners, such as Google. The feature is user-friendly, as it logs the customer in and validates the response, saving them time and effort in searching for their review. With this feature, your store and brand can address any issues and have it reflected in your score, leading to a better reputation.
