This week at ResellerRatings - Advanced Email Customization

This week at ResellerRatings, we are loving all things HubSpot at INBOUND 2022. HubSpot has been a great partner for us over the last few years and our team was excited to not only attend their annual conference but to present a workshop session as well! We can't wait for next year.

Development Update

Our developers have been working hard to knock out some bugs and make overall improvements to the platforms. Check out some of the dev highlights for this week:

• Fixed an issue where the "learn more" button was pointing to the wrong URL

• Fixed an issue where a checkout survey could be submitted with no comment in some edge cases

• Fixed an issue where trying to flag a review was resulting in an error

• Fixed an issue where trying to create a widget would result in a blank page

Lots of bugs are being squashed this week, thank you to everyone for reporting issues they came across.

Our team had the pleasure of seeing so many great speakers/sessions at INBOUND 2022. One of which was the importance of customizing emails to drive opens and clicks. While that session is going to fuel some great improvements to our email customization options in the future, we wanted to bubble back up this article that highlights the release of our advanced email template editor earlier this year.

Customizing and personalizing emails is crucial to convert your customers into advocates, take a look at your review request emails to see if they fit your company standards.
