As we push a variety of new flagging measures across our portal, we’ve gotten feedback from customers having trouble filtering reviews they have already replied to (especially if they aren’t using the case management system). To aid in filtering reviews for both product reviews and seller ratings quickly, we’ve added a new filter to allow you to hone in on reviews your team has already replied to. Alternatively, you can isolate reviews your team has NOT replied to. It’s a small thing, that should make workflow much easier for your teams.
Filter reviews by reply are available on both the seller ratings and product reviews side of the case management system
You can now isolate reviews that have never had a reply
Your team can check in on reviews they have replied to, to see if a customer has come back and changed a review
in combination with other filters, you can now find shoppers who modified reviews that had no replies and compare them to shoppers who modified reviews that DID have replies
