Collecting reviews from customers of all channels is crucial for businesses to gain a comprehensive understanding of their performance and reputation. Customers interact with businesses through various channels such as phones, e-commerce websites, marketplaces, social media platforms, and in-person interactions. By collecting reviews from all these channels, businesses can capture a holistic view of their customer's experiences and preferences. This can help them identify the strengths and weaknesses of their operations and make necessary improvements. For instance, if a business receives multiple negative reviews on a specific channel, it can identify the root cause of the problem and work towards addressing it.
This is why we have made significant platform updates this week to bring together a better way to automatically collect reviews. Introducing.... TrustHQ, Automatic Survey Collection.
