Collecting reviews from customers of all channels is crucial for businesses to gain a comprehensive understanding of their performance and reputation. Customers interact with businesses through various channels such as phones, e-commerce websites, marketplaces, social media platforms, and in-person interactions. By collecting reviews from all these channels, businesses can capture a holistic view of their customer's experiences and preferences. This can help them identify the strengths and weaknesses of their operations and make necessary improvements. For instance, if a business receives multiple negative reviews on a specific channel, it can identify the root cause of the problem and work towards addressing it.

This is why we have made significant platform updates this week to bring together a better way to automatically collect reviews. Introducing.... TrustHQ, Automatic Survey Collection.

Reviews play an essential role in the success of any business, as they offer valuable insights into the customer experience and can influence purchase decisions. Traditionally, companies have focused on collecting reviews from customers who make purchases through e-commerce channels, such as their own website or third-party marketplaces like Amazon or Etsy. However, there are several compelling reasons why companies should collect reviews from all customers in every sales channel, including phone orders, in-store purchases, marketplaces, and social media.
