Think of this as a quick health check for each product in your store.
Hi there,
I wanted to share a quick way to understand how well your review requests are performing for individual products with this cool new analytics feature. This was a great client request and we thought - we totally do that. Think of this as a quick health check for each product in your store.
Your overall collection rate can look healthy while some products quietly receive very few reviews. With product-level stats, you can see exactly where customers are engaging—and where they’re dropping off.
In ResellerRatings, go to Analytics → Survey Collection Stats, open your Product Review Solution, and enter a product SKU.
You’ll be able to see:
How many review request emails were sent
How many customers opened them
The product’s email open rate
How many reviews were collected
These numbers can tell you a lot.
If a product’s open rate is low, you might want to test a different subject line or send time. If customers open the email but don’t leave a review, the message or call to action may need some work. And if a product is performing especially well, you can use that campaign as a model for the rest of your catalog. Combine this with SHOPPER profiles where you can target shoppers who have brought that particular product - you can pull in and fill up your ratings super easily.
This is particularly helpful if you have a large catalog. You can quickly find bestsellers that need more review coverage, products with especially enthusiastic customers, and opportunities to run more targeted campaigns.
I recorded a short walkthrough showing you exactly where to find the report and how to filter it by product:

Try starting with one important product—perhaps your bestseller, a recent launch, or something that could use a few more reviews. A couple of minutes in the report should give you a much clearer idea of what to improve next.
Best,
