Product Update: Polishing Workflows & Enhancing Reliability

Our latest deployment focuses on "quality of life" improvements—improving data accuracy for enterprise teams, fixing visual quirks, and ensuring your communications look professional. Best of all, these updates were deployed with zero downtime.

Here is a breakdown of what’s new and improved in your dashboard.


For Enterprise & Reporting

We’ve tightened up how data is aggregated and displayed to ensure you have the full context behind your metrics.

  • Accurate Enterprise Hierarchies: previously, precise filters occasionally loaded child locations before parent locations, causing incomplete review counts at the top level. We’ve adjusted the default behavior to prioritize the Parent View, ensuring enterprise managers see accurate, consolidated review counts immediately.

  • Revenue Context in Custom Questions: Context is king. Now, when viewing responses to Custom Questions, you will see the associated Cart Total right alongside the customer feedback. This helps you instantly correlate specific feedback with transaction value. We're going to have a bigger blog on this feature as this is huge.

Usability & Interface Enhancements

We’ve smoothed out the friction points in the Manage & Engage and Accelerator tools.

  • Clearer Accelerator Uploads: While the Accelerator tool was working correctly, feedback messages during uploads were sometimes delayed. We’ve updated the messaging to be timely and descriptive, so you never have to guess if your upload is processing.

  • Unobstructed "Save" Buttons: In the Advanced Filters section, the HubSpot integration button was visually overlapping the "Save" action. We’ve adjusted the layout to ensure the Save button is always visible and clickable.

  • Streamlined Instant Surveys: We have removed the legacy "Agent Name" text field from the checkout survey. It was rarely used and often resulted in inconsistent data. This change simplifies the survey experience for your customers.

Bug Fixes & Stability

We’ve squashed a few bugs that were causing display errors or confusion.
