At the top-right corner of your platform, you’ll notice a small icon that signals the status of your UGC collection. If the icon is red, it means there’s a warning or something that requires your attention. This will typically relate to your collection rates and conversion rates for UGC.

By clicking on this icon, you’ll enter our completely updated alerting system, which has been redesigned to give you detailed insights and actionable suggestions to improve your UGC collection. The alerts system now acts as a snapshot of the past 30 days of your UGC activity, covering:

Brand reviews

Product reviews

Images and videos

Feedback

Q&A submissions

How the Alerts Work

If your UGC collection is going well, you won’t see any warnings, meaning you’re on track. However, if something isn’t quite right, such as low conversion rates or low submission rates for a particular product, the system will alert you and provide recommendations for improvement.

Each alert is specific to a product line or collection type, so you’ll have precise, tailored insights. By clicking on “Learn Why,” you’ll be guided to our help system, which offers solutions and strategies to address the flagged issues. It’s like having a personal assistant that not only identifies problems but also helps you fix them.

Key Metrics at a Glance

One of the key features of the new system is the comprehensive overview of your brand survey collection for the past 30 days. You’ll have access to crucial data points, including:

  • Total reviews collected

  • Conversion rates

  • Average ratings

  • Public and direct replies from your team

You’ll also be able to monitor other important aspects of your collection setup, such as:

  • Is development mode on?

  • Is automatic collection enabled?

  • What collection method are you using?

The system will also track whether you’ve launched an Accelerator Campaign using CSV uploads in the past 30 days.

Product Review Insights

Similarly, for product reviews, you’ll be able to check if:

  1. Two-in-one collection is turned on or off.

  2. Accelerator campaigns have been used for product reviews in the last 30 days.

  3. • What collection methods are currently active for product reviews
