Blog Post: Exciting New Changes to Our Review Platform – Cleaner, Faster, and Smarter Filters

We’re thrilled to announce some new major updates to our platform! We’ve streamlined the main page, making it cleaner and more intuitive. One of the biggest changes? We’ve revamped our search filters to give you more control than ever. Why?

Well - our Reputation dashboard is so robust, it can be daunting for people and power users. We wanted to make life easier while also paving the way for some massive new segmentation around demographic data and shopper profiles.

With new filters, we’ve decluttered the interface for easier navigation. All filters have been moved to the top, allowing for more space to manage reviews. The Save Filters feature now lets you name and load custom review filters instantly. Whether filtering negative shipping reviews or finding pending positive reviews, it’s easier than ever to track, save, and manage.

You no longer have to input search fields every time you have a common review filter to go through. We've made it way easier to save. Learn more about it on our help notes.

New Hotness - New search mechanics, precise filtering, and saveable searches for both Brand and Product reviews. Cleaned up UI and making way for SHOPPER PROFILE and demographic search.
