API Invite Access & New Platform Integration Guides

We’re thrilled to announce some quality of life updates to our API and Invite API features that are designed to make managing your reviews and integrations easier than ever. These changes are all about giving you more control, simplifying your workflow, and helping you get the most out of your review collection process.

1. Easier Access to API Tools

We’ve streamlined how you access and generate your API keys. The API Access page has been moved to the Dashboard section, where it now lives on the right hand side, allowing to generate your keys easily. This change puts everything right where you need it, making it faster and simpler to find and manage your APIs.

• Generate and Manage Your API Keys: Previously, only admins could handle this. Now, you can generate and manage your Invite API keys directly in the Settings section.

• Eligibility: This feature is exclusive to merchants on Growth plans and above. If you’re not there yet, you’ll see a clear Upgrade option to help you access it.

We’ve enhanced the Automatic Collection Page by adding a new Invite API Card at the bottom. This card provides detailed information on how to use the Invite API for managing and timing your review collection. Like other Invite API features, this is available exclusively to merchants on Growth plans and above.

The Invite API gives you full control over your review collection process, helping you reach your customers at the perfect time to gather valuable feedback.

2. Why use Invite APIs?

• Streamline Operations: Automatically send review invitations to your customers after specific events, such as a purchase, delivery confirmation, or service interaction.

• Set Triggers: Use your existing systems to define triggers for when review invites should be sent, such as after an order is marked as shipped or completed.

• Optimal Timing: Schedule review invites at the most effective times, such as shortly after delivery, to maximize the likelihood of customer responses.

3. Platform Integration Guides
